It means a lot to have the input of other artists to keep me moving forward and finding the time to put brush to paper. I did this painting on my lunch hour, just so I could get it submitted. I missed the tulip deadline last month and was determined to get this one in.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3734923695875024838.post-16337466426605046452010-06-13T22:16:08.563-07:002010-06-13T22:16:08.563-07:00A lot of variations - Well done!A lot of variations - Well done!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3734923695875024838.post-63307982906309142552010-06-13T19:52:54.083-07:002010-06-13T19:52:54.083-07:00Wonderful interpretation. My only suggestion would be a bit more detail on the left side of the berry, where the light hits it. But that is just me, and it is fine the way it is also.Nan Johnsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03056726501810316005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3734923695875024838.post-68523152870744183262010-06-13T16:43:12.677-07:002010-06-13T16:43:12.677-07:00Lovely, Erma. I love the berry. The crevice at the bottom is nice. I like the way you added the yellow on the berry it kinda brings the eye into the painting. The lonely stem is nice also. Thats about all I can say, who am I to comment on a watercolor which I know so little about.Angela Sullivanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04259497363075016359noreply@blogger.com
