Horst, I admire your ability to achieve a sense of realism in your paintings. You seem to capture the values, color, composition yet making it your own. Very nice.

I didn't think it was possible to improve on the beautiful luminosity of the photograph - till I saw your painting Horst. Congratulations! Very beautiful.

Amazing work! You seem to capture each and every detail.Loved the translucency of the container, the blurred scene outside the window and the beautifully done table top.Congratulations for coming up with great piece of work each time.

I like the brightness of this painting. The fruits are bathed in light.

Hi Horst,
very nice work. I like how you effected the glowing of the colours. Also nice that the shadows are "breezy" and not so dark. A very subtle painting.

Beautiful painting, Horst. I appreciate your talent and skill even more when I know how difficult it is to get it that good.

Horst, you always do amazing work & this is no exception. Great light & reflections on the bowl. And I love the grain of the table, how did you ever get that so real!
