I really like this, Sylviane. I like how you captured the texture of the leaves and the striations in the apple. I think this was a difficult challenge, but you did a great job!
Sylviane, What a beautiful apple. The reds you used in the apple are so nice. I agree the texture of the apple are good. I like the leaf in the front. The little yellow one. The suggestion I have is if you would maybe mix a little of the red into the green it would give a more natural shadowing into the darks of the leaves. I think this is a beautiful painting and you did represent it well.
I really like what you did on this Sylviane. The lines & colors in the apple & leaves are perfect. And your redish background really makes those green leaves pop.
