Horst, I am really impressed. Great looking strawberry. Great wood. It looks like maybe some camera glare but may be my screen, anyway good job.
Horst, another good one. but ... you forget the title ... ;(
But you ge texture wood and juicy berry
Yes, improved background definitely and better photo too ;) Now the edges are really lost and you got more drama.
Sure, it's very well, now!Beautiful!
Thank you for your kind comments, I really enjoyed this month challenge, very good reference material Lela.
Hors your bark is really perfect. I am impressed. It is so real and beautiful. For strawberry I would still like to see a little bit more details in the texture close to the highlighted area. It might be only me, but there is something impressive when you can see highlights and shadows on the strawberry seeds. (For the challenge choice I appreciate your kind words – thank you kindly)
I think my only comment will be 'LUSCIOUS'... This is the kind of strawberry I dream to find in my garden, and it would never make it any further than my mouth!
Fantastic work on the bark, it is perfect. Your strawberry is terrific also. The only suggestion would be a bit more detail on the left side of the strawberry, where it is facing the light. And I love the amended background you did.
Wow, great painting. I do like the darker background and the way your strawberry emerges from it.
