Very beautiful Zlejka!

I really like the texture of the pomegranate shell, the seeds melting into the darkness and the way you painted the background.

Thanks Ashley so much :) I loved painting this pomegranate. This is my second painting and I am really excited to learn more with each challenge...

Zelijka what a lovely painting. Great reds against the dark blue. Wow if this is your second painting... The suggestions I have are is a little more highlight or shall I say areas of light maybe yellow on the left side of the body of the fruit would give it a more rounded apperance. I really like your seeds they are nice. The four seeds to the right of the line of pulp are nice but the highlights seem to stop there I think a few more just a touch at random. Hope to see your entry next month.

The fruit is beautifully painted. Too bad it's washed out by the too dark background. Maybe camera glare?

Love how you did the peel, the color in the curls is perfect. Also love the table and the warm color in front of the fruit. Makes it very inviting.
