I have to admit that I got a peek of this on your blog before it got posted here. This is such a great crop, and really allows the viewer to focus in on the rose. Your rose petals are amazing - I sense their soft, velvety texture.

I too love the close crop and your use of yellows and oranges makes the petals glow.
I have to agree, love the close crop. Love the colors on your petals - it is definitely the central focus in this.
