This is quite different and different is a good thing. I cheated and read your blog. Love the technique with the alcohol. You did a really nice job on the texture of the table but I think it would read better if there was not such a obvious line between the light and dark areas of the background. Love the figs though.
Oh my goodness - I love this because the texture on the figs reminds me of my favorite Burleigh Staffordshire 'Calico' pottery! This is a really interesting process, and has made a unique, creative piece.
So very creative execution. Very nice!
Image has great texture and colors which creates a nice dynamic image. Like the texture a lot. Great Job
