This one's a keeper, Angie. Look at those eyes that say take me home.....

Angela - you wasted no time in capturing this pooch. You have a talent for getting the expression of animals so well painted. I can hear it too "take me home"......

Angela you transformed the puppy into an adorable little creature. Its big eyes seem to be asking for something!

I now know why people want hand-painted portraits of their pets not just photographs. This is why we need artists in this world, I guess.

Nice work depicting the fur but I especially like the expression you captured in the eyes.

I like the colors you've chosen for the puppy and the cute little wet nose!

Angela you have transformed the expression on the puppy's face very successfully. Instead of questions, eyes simply beg to take him, hug and play. The sense of distance, three dimensionality and rich fur texture is masterfully executed without any need for unnecessary details.

It is very beautiful as is and no single change is needed.

Great painting, Angela. I especially like your play of warm and cool in your puppy.

As always, another great painting. You captured the heart and soul of this dog. I love the fur around his mouth the best. It needs a good kissing, don't you think?

What a friendly little face on this puppy! I feel like I could just reach into the painting and scratch his little top-knot!

this is really nice - i like the way you treated the background, & you did a great job with the nose (which i found pretty impossible!), too!
