Hi Angela,

Nice rendition. Beautiful night blue, almost smokey. Great idea to push the red and the heart shape of the flower ;)

Suggestion: some more white on the right petal to pop up and some dark green on the stem to give it volume.

I like the right leave : it helps to keep the focus on the petals.

I would say “beautiful piece of art”. The adjustments suggested by Byannick are probably all what could be adjusted. This is an excellent example how the title of the painting can change the whole perception and influence how we look at that particular piece of art. It is so appropriate…

Angela, I agree with Lela, the name really suits it and adds an exciting perception to it. I like the way the background hints at moonlight.
